1. Powerski is Bankrupt. We urge all to use extreme caution when dealing with Powerski and associated companies.. Refer attached except. How easy would it be for them again to take your money, and file for bankruptcy AGAIN under any of their new entities. They have created a slippery web to avoid prosecution. You may become another victim or creditor under their new web of companies.

We have spoken with the Bankruptcy Trustee of Powerski who advised there does not seem to be any assets.. WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING.. Powerski KnockOffs – Jetboarder International and Powerski BOTH purchase from the EXACT same factory. Any claim or allegation that JetBoarder has ‘copied’ Powerski is merely FALSE and SLANDEROUS. POWERSKI PURCHASE FROM THE SAME FACTORY AS JETBOARDER. We have received full indemnity from our factory. And JetBoarder International will indemnify you from Powerski.. Powerski Victims; There is an extensive list (we have close to 100 victims; Distributors; Dealers; Customers to Powerski) who have lost incredible sums of money. It is alledged over $20 Million. JetBoarder Investigates claims made by Powerski that we are under investigation. We have made contact with FBI, QLD Police & The Courier Mail Newspaper. ALL these sources have advised that we are NOT under any investigation, to date nobody is in fact investigating JetBoarder International.
JetBoarder requests contact details from Powerski of who is in fact investigating them. Powerski have no been able to supply any information.
