JetBoarder 2012 Company Statement JetBoarder International wishes to thank all our Distributors, Dealers, Agents and customers all around the world for their continued and ongoing support. To our new Powerski Dealers, we thank you for choosing to come across and joining the JetBoarder Group. 2011 has proven to be a challenging yet successful year. We continue to grow our distribution channel and increase our Distributor network by 65%. We now have a presence on the major continents around the world, and our dealer network now spans over 25 countries and we continue to grow monthly. Our major growth recently has been the acquisition of Powerski Dealers both current and old. Dealers who have lost substantial amounts to Powerski, Dealers who have researched the misinformation of Powerski, and chosen to join JetBoarder. JetBoarder wishes to reaffirm the following points; A. At no time have JetBoarder International ever claimed to be the inventor of the Powerski. B. JetBoarder International remains solidly committed to our Distributors, Dealers and customers around the world C. We remain committed to our dealers and distributors around the world. We pride our delivery commission and training programs. D. The ongoing campaign of Ben Gibson of Pearl Watercraft continues, (he no claims to be a shareholder/employee/agent of a competitor company) we have refused to pay any further extortion money. More than a full refund and allowing this person to keep their Jet Board is not enough for this person. JetBoarder International has worked closely with most social networking sites, and has been able to remove most slanderous false misinformation by this person. E. Warning to Powerski customers about their parts pricing. JetBoarder International is able to supply you with parts for your Powerski. Both new and old F. We welcome more Powerski Dealers both new and old. G. JetBoarder International will again be present at most International Boat Shows around the world. H. JetBoarder firmly refutes all claims by Powerski of a plot or ploy to copy the Powerski. I. Powerski now purchases JetBoards from the SAME manufacturer as JetBoarder. There is no fraud, there are no patent issues, and there are no infringements. Powerski now purchase from the same factory as JetBoarder JetBoarder International remains focused on working closely with our JetBoarder and Powerski Dealers Distributors and customers. While Powerski remains focused on spreading false and misleading information about JetBoarder, JetBoarder remains focused on growing our global brand and our growing range of products and accessories. Sadly some people continue to be fooled by Powerski, if you have recently become a victim of Powerski, we can assist you. Most surely Powerski will continue posting false lies about JetBoarder. It is you the consumer that must choose to become another victim of Powerski. JetBoarder International now moves into our Third year of operation, in those Three years there has been no action or contact from any authorities in any country. These again are false lies by Powerski.. JetBoarder has brought Powerski to justice, you the consumer no longer need to pay Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars for distribution rights to a defective product with no service or support. JetBoarder has brought choice to the market, and forced Powerski to reduce their product pricing from USD$20K per unit to under USD$5K We remain focused on working with you the consumer. Unfortunately we are too busy to continually focus on this blog of false malicious lies of Powerski. JetBoarder International wishes to reaffirm they have been in operation for Three years now and have grown their network to cover every major continent and most countries, all in only 3 years. You need to ask some very important questions; 1. Why is Powerski not at any major International Boat shows? 2. In 15 years why is there not a major distributor/dealer network for Powerski? 3. Where are all the happy Powerski customers from the last 15 Years? 4. Can all the people making claims about Powerski be wrong? 5. How has JetBoarder grown so quickly in such a short time? 6. Why are only the directors of Powerski posting on this blog? 7. Why did Powerski rip off so many people? 8. This blog post started in 2007 well before JetBoarder International launched in 2009, something does not add up to Powerski claims? It is a great product that Powerski charged Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars for the Distribution rights, and charged over USD$20,000 to many customers for defective non working units, and then held customers to ransom for parts. Then trying to enforce dealers to purchase more units by using schoolyard bully tactics. JetBoarder International has brought fair market competition, and that is what this free market economy is all about. It is clearly evident that nobody cares who invented the Powerski anymore; they want fair pricing, good service and support. Powerski is a name, Jetboards have been around since the 60s, Powerski have used marketing spin and a team of like minded individuals to create what they call Powerski, and issue some worthless patents along the way. All the false information on the Internet about JetBoarder is a staged campaign by Powerski and Ben Gibson of Pearl Watercraft; they are weak tactics to try to boost their market position. I wish all the consumers out there my sincere apologies that you are forced to confusion. Don’t become another victim of Powerski.
