Jetboarder Company Statement 17 April 2012

Jet Boarder Company statement

17th April 2012

On our 4th year anniversary, with several hundred more satisfied customers, and many new dealers now covering all the continents, Jet Boarder continues to remain the victim of the ongoing protracted campaign of Ben Gibson of Pearl Water Sports / Pearl Water craft.

With over $12,000 refunded to this customer two years ago(of which we only owed him $9,000), plus allowing him to keep his Jet Boarder, and a favourable business offering. Mr Ben Gibson of Pearl Water craft and Pearl Watersports continues to remain focused on a ongoing campaign to damage the Jet Boarder Brand.

Jet Boarder has successfully worked with Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, Scam.com and several other blog sites to have the false slanderous defamatory comments of Ben Gibson removed SUCCESSFULLY. We also successfully won our case against Willian Stanley Lawrence renown as the worlds worst spammer.

We continue to receive fake enquiries, we continue to receive fake emails, we continue to receive requests for demo days, all organized by Ben Gibson. All the comments you read are false and part of a never ending campaign by Ben Gibson, a very young opportunistic (23 years old) individual. Due to our failure to pay a USD$25,000 demand, Ben Gibson assured us 2 Years ago his campaign would never end, and he would continue till the day I die.

Please listen to this recent phone call by alleged George Dedes (a colleague of Ben Gibson) who didn’t even know his won name in the phone call. He has also joined in this odd campaign. We have recently learned Ben Gibson is back in Australia and we are sure he will continue his odd twisted spiteful campaign of false slander.

It is truly an unfortunate situation but we stand by our commitment to our dealers, distributors and customers.

Please visit Jet Boarder at many of the upcoming Boat Shows around the world.
